Dr. James M. Cox earned his Ed.D in Educational Leadership from Widener University. He holds a M.S. in Clinical Psychology and a B.S. in Ed. from Millersville University. He has been a teacher of special education, a school psychologist and pupil services and special education administrator in the public schools of Lancaster and Lebanon Counties in Pennsylvania. His dissertation explored the preparedness of classroom teachers to use assessments to respond to student instructional needs. Dr. Cox’s interests include special education and disabilities advocacy, non-profit leadership and educational research.
