Biography

Rachel graduated from EMU with a bachelors degrees in Mathematics and Secondary Education and a minor in Teaching English as a Second Language in 2007. Originally from southeastern PA, she decided to stay in the Harrisonburg area after graduation, initially working at Turner Ashby High School, followed by time working in administrative roles for Our Community Place and her congregation, Early Church. Rachel enjoys spending time with her family (husband, Brian, and children, Jethro and Miriam), reading, and going on walking and biking adventures.
